Dalicia Emerson is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and has proudly called Northwest Arkansas home since attending the University of Arkansas in 1994. After graduating from the University of Missouri at Kansas City’s School of Dentistry, Dalicia and her family moved back to Fayetteville, where she practiced dental hygiene for 15 years, while raising her three children. She also did work as a home decorator and staged homes for clients who were preparing to sell, fueling her desire to sell real estate.

Dalicia is committed to her on-going real estate education and loves guiding her clients throughout the home buying or selling process.  This requires effective communication and recognization of the unique needs of every client.  Building trust and relationships are what drives Dalicia. Her areas of expertise are Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville and she assists clients in buying and selling homes.  She has commercial experience, as well. As an Arkansas native, Dalicia has intimate knowledge of the area and is passionate about making her home your home. What Dalicia loves most about living in NWA are the opportunities to pursue a variety of passions.  Whether it is a sporting event at the University of Arkansas, theater at the Walton Arts Center, enjoying the great outdoors through biking, walking, water sports at Beaver Lake or a great culinary experience, Northwest Arkansas has something for everyone. When out of the office, Dalicia enjoys travel, reading, theater, spending time with her family and dogs and enjoying Beaver Lake.  She also serves the community through her continued work with the Humane Society of the Ozarks and Dress for Success.
